Richardsons Matarangi offer property management services for Matarangi, Kuaotunu and Whangapoua areas managing both holiday rentals and our long-term rentals. This includes getting background checks on potential tenants and keeping up with inspections. As part of our service at Matarangi Richardsons we hold keys for any of our past or present clients so if you have come to Matarangi for the weekend and left your keys at home we can hold them for you to collect within in business hours.
